UCSD has a Dutch language program through UCSD Extension. Classes are 10 weeks long $295 per session (plus any addtional UCSD student fees) on Monday nights at 7 p.m. Language Extension for details.
The Language Door is offering Dutch classes to small groups. Currently on tues nights 7 - 8:30. $199 per 8 weeks session ($30 first time enrollement admin fee). See Language Door for details.
